Cancellation Policy

At Iberian Motoring Events SL, we organise a range of motoring experiences throughout the year for enthusiasts, from single-day driving events with lunch included to fully organised 5–6 day tours including accommodation, roadbooks, routes, and related event services.

By booking an event with Iberian Motoring Events SL, you agree to the following cancellation and payment terms.

Multi-Day Tours Including Accommodation

For tours that include hotel accommodation and related package arrangements:

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and may be paid at any time while bookings remain open.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the event start date.
If the balance payment is not received by the due date, Iberian Motoring Events SL reserves the right to cancel the booking and release the place for resale.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event start date may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid, excluding any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the event start date.

Day Trips and Events Without Accommodation

For events that do not include accommodation:

Full payment (100%) must be received no later than 7 days before the event start date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event start date are non-refundable.

Event Changes and Cancellation by Iberian Motoring Events SL

In exceptional circumstances, Iberian Motoring Events SL reserves the right to amend routes, accommodation, schedules, venues, or event details where necessary.

If Iberian Motoring Events SL cancels an event, participants will be offered either:

A transfer to an alternative event (subject to availability), or
A refund of payments received for the cancelled event.

Iberian Motoring Events SL cannot be held responsible for costs incurred by participants outside of the event booking itself, including fuel, travel expenses, vehicle preparation costs, ferry bookings, flights, or personal accommodation arrangements.
