What's Included and Terms & Conditions

Our Tours Include:

  • All overnight accommodation including breakfast.
  • A Welcome Dinner on the first night.
  • A Gala Dinner during the Tour – usually the last night.
  • A detailed, professionally produced, easy to read Roadbook containing route instructions in the form of “Tulip” diagrams and information on places of interest on the route and the overnight stops.
  • Other meals, visits, excursions may be included depending on the Tour itinerary.

Not Included:

  • Fuel costs.
  • Meals, snacks & drinks other than the dinners mentioned above.
  • Flights, travel etc. to and from the start and finish venues.

Other Events may be available, the itinerary/programme and full details for each will be published on our website.

A minimum payment of  50% of the Tour/Event Entry Fee is required on booking, the balance due 30 days before the Tour/Event start date.

50% of payment made is refundable up to 31 days before the Tour/Event. No refunds are available from 30 days before the Tour/Event.

Payments are accepted by secure credit card connection on our website or by bank transfer.

All the information requested on the booking form is required under Spanish law to arrange hotel accommodation.

Accommodation requests (double room, twin beds etc) are dependent on the availability at individual hotels.

All vehicles taking part are the responsibility of the owner/user of the vehicle. In the event of a breakdown, Iberian Motoring Events will assist the owner/user where possible.
